The firm is lead by Roger Castle, who has been selected for inclusion in Colorado "Super Lawyers" (the top 5% of practicing attorneys in Colorado in each legal field, as selected by their peers), as a top attorney for victims of personal injuries.

Roger is a dedicated "plaintiff's" trial attorney with extensive experience in vehicle and skiing accidents, motor-vehicle defects, product defects, and media injury litigation. Supported by a friendly, talented, and experienced staff, Roger works tirelessly to serve his clients, protect their rights, and successfully resolve their reasonable and meritorious claims.

Roger's dedication does not end at the courthouse door. He frequently lectures on injury law and instructs younger attorneys on trial skills. As a long-time volunteer faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, as a member of several Bar Association committees on Professionalism, and as a member/officer in the Christian Legal Society, Roger is committed to the betterment of the profession and the development of skilled advocates.

He is a Colorado native who grew up in the then small town of Longmont, enjoying both the mountains and the plains of Colorado.
